3-Day Funnel Challenge Last Updated: February 2026

By enrolling in the 3-Day Funnel Challenge ("Challenge"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Enrollment & Access

By enrolling in the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Access to the live sessions, replays, templates, and all accompanying materials is exclusively for registered participants who have paid the required fee. Sharing your access credentials, materials, or Challenge content with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the Challenge without a refund, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

2. Payment, Refund Policy, & Digital Delivery

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Your payment secures your spot in the Challenge, including access to all live sessions, replays, and any additional resources provided.

No Refunds: payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In case you are unable to attend the live sessions, you will still receive access to the recordings and materials as outlined

in these terms.

Digital Delivery Acknowledgment: Upon successful payment, your account is immediately provisioned with access to the Challenge portal. You agree that the successful delivery of login credentials to your provided email address, or your initial login to the platform, constitutes full and complete delivery of the digital product.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or bank for this non-refundable digital program. If you file a chargeback claiming "product not received," "not as described," or any similar reason despite having been granted access to the platform, Funnels Mastery Academy reserves the right to submit your IP address, timestamped login activity, and this legally binding agreement to your bank to contest the dispute. Any unwarranted disputes will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to all Funnels Mastery Academy platforms and future programs without refund.

4. Challenge Structure & Session Replays

The Challenge consists of three (3) live sessions conducted via an online platform. If you miss a session, replays will be available for a limited period of two (2) weeks from the end of the Challenge. Once the 2-week access period expires, all replays and Challenge materials will be removed, and you will no longer have access. No extensions will be granted.

5. Participation & Conduct

To ensure a supportive and productive learning environment, all participants are expected to:

● Engage respectfully and professionally during live sessions, discussions, and in any associated online communities.

● Avoid disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior in any form.

● Refrain from spamming, self-promotion, or soliciting sales within the Challenge community.

Participants who violate these guidelines may be removed without notice or refund at the discretion of Funnels Mastery Academy.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content, templates, and materials provided in the Challenge are the intellectual property of Funnels Mastery Academy and are protected by copyright laws. By joining the Challenge, you agree to the following:

● You may not share, resell, or distribute any Challenge content, materials, or templates to others.

● You may not modify and claim ownership of any part of the Challenge content or use it to create derivative works for resale.

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of any content is punishable by law, and legal action may be taken against violators. Any participant found sharing or reselling Challenge materials will be immediately

removed from the Challenge and banned from future programs.

7. Technology Requirements

To participate in the Challenge, you must have:

● A stable internet connection to access live sessions and replays.

● A computer, laptop, or mobile device capable of streaming video content.

● The ability to download and view PDF documents and editable templates.

Funnels Mastery Academy is not responsible for any technical issues on your end, including but not limited to: poor internet connectivity, device malfunctions, or inability to access the Challenge platform due to personal restrictions.

8. Responsibility for Registration Errors

It is solely the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all registration details, including but not limited to name, email address, and payment information, are entered correctly during the enrollment process. Failure to receive a confirmation email due to incorrect information provided by the participant is entirely the participant’s fault. Funnels Mastery Academy will not be held responsible for any errors, missed communications, or lack of access resulting from incorrect registration details. No refunds, credits, or compensations will be provided due to participant mistakes during registration. If you suspect an issue with your registration, you must contact support@funnelsmasteryacademy.com within 48 hours of purchase to request assistance. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of access, and no exceptions will be made. It is not our responsibility to track down incorrect email submissions or resend confirmation emails multiple times due to participant error. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept full accountability for ensuring the accuracy of your registration details.

9. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees

The Challenge is designed to provide training, guidance, and strategies to help participants learn funnel building. While we provide high-quality resources and strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, income, or success. Your success depends on your effort, implementation, and commitment. Funnels Mastery Academy is not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or business decisions made based on the content provided in this Challenge.

10. Changes to the Challenge

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or update the Challenge schedule, content, or speakers if necessary. In the event of any major changes, registered participants will be notified in advance via email. No refunds or compensation will be issued for changes in scheduling or content adjustments.

11. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

By enrolling in the Challenge, you consent to receive emails and communications related to the program. Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for administrative and Challenge-related purposes. Funnels Mastery Academy does not sell, share, or distribute participant information to third parties without consent.

12. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the 3-Day Funnel Challenge, you confirm that:

● You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

● You acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

● You understand that access to the Challenge materials and replays will expire after two (2) weeks from the Challenge end date.

● You agree not to share, resell, or distribute any Challenge content or templates, and you acknowledge that violations of this policy may result in legal consequences.

● You acknowledge that accessing the student portal or receiving login credentials constitutes full delivery of thecdigital service, and you explicitly agree not to file a payment dispute or chargeback to circumvent this No Refund policy.
